The library’s MakerSpace is designed to be an area where people gather to share resources and knowledge, work on projects, network, create and build. Current equipment in the MakerSpace includes three 3D printers, a MakerBot Digitizer 3D Scanner, a Janome Sewist 500 sewing machine, a Janome Memory Craft 350e embroidery machine, and a Snan n Cut Digital Cutter. The MakerSpace is a work in progress, with more tools and equipment added as needed.
Resources in the MakerSpace are available on a reservation basis. Please see Peter Stamoolis on the second floor to sign up for a time slot to use any of the equipment.
